Children can find it hard to express themselves.
Play therapy provides children tools to
express their thoughts, feelings, and questions

While adults communicate with words,
children speak volumes through actions
So if you find it difficult to understand or communicate with your child,
you are not alone

Play therapy gives children a voice and a space
to process everything they are still learning about the world

Children process thoughts and feelings in the playroom, which helps them understand the world around them and build better relationships with parents and peers
A strong Mind-Body connection is one of the most essential components of our wellness.

I have found that rock climbing builds this connection in a very tangible and empowering way.It is not just about strength, but determination and coordination. You might just amaze yourself with what you are able to do!

If you are interested in trying it in a therapeutic context, please let me know, and we can discuss if it could be a good fit for you!
